Community First
A community-centered, inclusive fitness space dedicated to serving neurodivergent and adaptive athletes — alongside everyday members who just want a real gym.
Valor Fit Society is El Dorado Hills' inclusive training ground for boxing, kickboxing, MMA, strength & conditioning, and obstacle course racing (OCR) — built for absolute beginners, competitive athletes, and everyone in between. What sets us apart isn't just the class list; it's who's coaching it and who's standing next to you.
Family at the core. Parents and kids train under the same roof, often in the same hour. Siblings push each other through circuits. Grandparents cheer from the sideline seats. We built Valor around the idea that fitness sticks when it's something a whole household does together, not just one person's solo errand.
Coaching you can trust. Every trainer on our floor has logged real hours — years of hands-on coaching in boxing, adaptive fitness, and youth development, not a weekend certification and a whistle. That experience is why families and adaptive athletes alike keep coming back.
Find us at 1117 Windfield Way in El Dorado Hills, CA — the longtime home of Urban Sprawl Fitness — led by Johnna Beyer.
Johnna is a proud mom of two girls, a devoted wife, and a woman on a mission. Her deep sense of purpose has always centered around empowering individuals — especially those in communities that are too often overlooked or forgotten. She recognized that real change starts with inclusion, support, and opportunity, and felt called to create a space where everyone could feel seen, valued, and capable.
With the help of her daughter Jade, Johnna turned that passion into action. Together, they launched a fitness program designed not just to build strength — but to build confidence, independence, and community. Through Valor Fit Society, Johnna is creating a movement where ability is celebrated, support is constant, and everyone is encouraged to grow in mind, body, and spirit.

Whether your family homeschools or your kids are in a traditional classroom all day, our youth coaches build the same strength, discipline, and camaraderie either way.
Daytime classes built around the homeschool week, running as a 12-week semester — a full PE alternative for homeschool families across El Dorado Hills.
Not homeschooled? No problem — traditionally-schooled kids and teens get the same four disciplines, coached by the same trainers, right after dismissal.
Every Homeschool and Afterschool class draws from the same four building blocks.
Striking fundamentals in a supportive, no-pressure environment built for real skill-building.
Athletic training that builds strength and speed while keeping every athlete in the game.
Obstacle-style training that builds grit, teamwork, and a warrior mindset.
Practical, age-appropriate self-defense built around real skills and real protection.

"My daughter Katie is so excited to attend training with Johnna. Johnna is knowledgeable, supportive, positive and kind. The group training class has inspired Katie to improve her physical fitness and social skills. Katie's motivation and independence has increased. Katie looks forward to working out and she continues to gain self confidence. Johnna is an inspirational coach. We are very lucky to have this program."
"I am so grateful for Johnna and her Valor Fit team. The Empowered Movement for Independent Living class has been transformative for my son Brody. Being back in the gym has him up and moving, building muscle tone, and shedding inches, but it's given him so much more. He feels better, he looks better, and he loves to go workout with his coaches at the gym."
"Valor Fit has been amazing for our daughter! She has learned how to do things we didn't think she could — things like walking on a treadmill and doing shoulder presses. Johnna and Jade encourage her, without pushing her. They just go at her pace, even if it's slow, so that she feels comfortable. It's a very positive and uplifting environment! We highly recommend!"
